 Back on the highway and just north of the turnoff to the town (32 km, 20 mins from Cancún) is the CrocoCún crocodile farm. CrocoCún breeds the Moreletti crocodile, the species most often found in the region. The jungle grounds are lovely and there are spacious enclosures housing other species native to the region such as spider monkeys, white-tailed deer and coatimundi. The entrance on the highway is well marked. Restaurant and gift shop on the premises.
