 The few ancient remnants of the Pok-ta-Pok Golf Course (Pok-ta-Pok means ball game in Maya) were preserved in situ; a structure called Yamil Lu’um is located on the grounds of the Sheraton Hotel, and San Miguelito, another spot, is located across the street from Royal Mayan.
