 When the sun goes down, the city lights up. The Hotel Zone (and downtown, but to a lesser degree) is peppered with nightclubs, discos and restaurants that roll up the rug when the kitchen closes. There are salsa bars and reggae clubs, a variety of live music in lobby bars and rock ‘n roll everywhere else. The discos are late-night affairs, the action starting around midnight.
