 You can drive to the faro or lighthouse on Punta Celarain, the southernmost tip of the island, part of the Punta Sur Ecopark. En route to the lighthouse and a Navigation Museum, you’ll pass El Caracol archaeological site, several beaches and secluded bays and the Colombia and Chanchacaab lagoons.
Traveling north from San Miguel, you’ll pass through the Hotel Zone and can continue to Punta Molas, the northernmost point of the island and site of another lighthouse.
